FAQs
Should I bring a towel?
Ascencia Retreats provides towels for bathing, but not for the beach…plan to pack a small beach towel or sarong for this purpose. Ascencia Retreats also highly recommends bringing a yoga towel for your mat if you plan to use their mats, as it helps keep the mats clean and free from sweat.
Should I bring my own yoga mat?
You don’t need to bring any of your yoga stuff…they have all of it there!
I have dietary restrictions, can Ascencia Retreats accommodate them?
In our experience,Ascencia Retreats has been very accommodating to students with specific dietary needs. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can communicate to the culinary staff.
Can I drink the water there?
Yes! Ascencia Retreats has their own bottled water
Is Wi-Fi available for communicating back home?
Yes, in the main cabin. You will have to use a hotspot from your phone for the smaller cottages, located on the other property.
